USTR seeks input on Caribbean Basin Initiative beneficiaries

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is seeking feedback on the Caribbean Basin Initiative’s operation, including the “performance” of beneficiary countries and whether they continue to meet the trade-preference program’s criteria.
