USTR requests input as it prepares its 2025 National Trade Estimate report

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is soliciting public comments to shape its 2025 National Trade Estimate report on Foreign Trade Barriers. The congressionally mandated annual report, usually released in late March, identifies “significant foreign barriers” to U.S. trade or practices that may distort U.S. goods and services exports, foreign investment and U.S. electronic commerce, as outlined in a Sept. 3 Federal Register notice announcing the comment period.
