USTR names new acting assistant for labor affairs

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative has named a new acting assistant USTR for labor affairs. Brenna Dougan, who was deputy AUSTR in the same office, will take on the acting title after Katy Mastman, who assumed it in January, ended what USTR called a planned 120-day rotation.
