USTR to issue Section 301 report on French digital services tax on Monday

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative plans to issue its report on a Section 301 investigation of France’s digital services tax on Dec. 2, the agency announced on Wednesday, potentially paving the way for tariffs to be levied on French goods.
