USMCA commission says Mexico must respond to vaquita complaint

A trilateral environmental commission under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement said this week that Mexico must respond to conservationists’ allegations that the country failed to enforce protections for the endangered vaquita porpoise, breaching environmental obligations under USMCA.
