U.S. makes no changes to AGOA eligibility list for 2025
The Biden administration has decided to leave the list of countries eligible for African Growth and Opportunity Act benefits unchanged in 2025. In a statement, a spokesman for the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative said the annual AGOA eligibility review, which included a public hearing in July and a comment period, did not lead to any revisions.
