U.S., China extend ag TRQ case compliance for a sixth time

The U.S. and China have extended to March 31 the “reasonable period of time” for China to bring its agricultural tariff-rate quotas into compliance with a World Trade Organization ruling. The two countries agreed on Tuesday to extend the compliance period for the sixth time. China has now had more than a year of extra time.
