Trump names Millán acting USTR

President Trump on Monday named Juan Millán acting U.S. Trade Representative. Millán was the acting general counsel of the agency. Before that, he was deputy general counsel for monitoring and enforcement. Prior roles at USTR include legal adviser and senior legal adviser at the U.S. Mission to the World Trade Organization and attorney in the Office of General Counsel. Trump on Monday formally nominated Jamieson Greer, who was USTR chief of staff during his first term, to lead the agency.
