Tai headed to France for OECD meeting, then to Latvia

U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai next week will travel to Paris for an Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development ministerial and then to Latvia for meetings on bilateral issues and efforts to support Ukraine, her office announced on Friday.
