Senate Finance Committee summons Ross to explain 232 tariffs

Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross next week will testify in front of the Senate Finance Committee about the Trump administration’s use of Section 232 of the 1962 Trade Expansion Act to impose tariffs on steel and aluminum and to investigate the national security implications of auto and auto parts imports.
