Sen. Rounds bill calls for USTR, USDA to discuss bird flu vaccine with other countries

Sen. Mike Rounds (R-SD) has introduced a bill that would direct the U.S. Trade Representative and Agriculture Secretary to negotiate an avian flu vaccine strategy with trading partners.
