Sen. Cotton calls on Tai to use USMCA to block China’s CPTPP entry

U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai should use provisions in the U.S.-Mexico-Canada agreement as “leverage” to block China’s entry into the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, according to Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR).
