Ratifying TPP-11 a ‘top priority’ for Canada, trade minister tells Parliament

Canada intends to move forward quickly to ratify the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, trade minister François-Philippe Champagne told Parliament on Monday, saying it was a “top priority” for Ottawa.
