Peterson Institute president: 'I don't think the TPP will die'

Adam Posen, the president of the Peterson Institute for International Economics, thinks the Trump administration ultimately will remain part of the Trans-Pacific Partnership if Japan and other TPP countries make a strong case for the deal. “I don’t think the TPP will die,” Posen told a Japanese newspaper . “I think it will be postponed.” More from Posen: If Japan, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Mexico, and possibly Vietnam and Singapore, keep up the diplomatic pressure on the United States...
