Navarro: '100 percent' chance USMCA passes this year

White House trade adviser Peter Navarro believes the passage of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement this year is a sure thing. Asked on CNBC about the deal's chances , which are far from certain given lingering Democratic opposition and continuing negotiations with the administration, Navarro said “I’m going to give it a 100 percent here because it’s so important for this country and I can’t imagine that Nancy Pelosi would not put this on the floor to at least have a vote.”...
