Lawmakers Push Vilsack To Expand Imports Under Raw Cane Sugar TRQ

The Agriculture Department should move quickly to raise the tariff rate quota for raw sugar to ensure a healthy supply for U.S. cane refiners, 45 members of Congress said in a letter to Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack late last week.
