ITC determines biodiesel from Argentina, Indonesia injures U.S. industry

The International Trade Commission on Tuesday unanimously found that biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia injures U.S. industry, and that those imports are subsidized. In November, Commerce announced final countervailing duties ranging from 34 percent to 72 percent on biodiesel from the two countries.
