Investment company eyeing ‘USMCA corridor,’ trade infrastructure

The Caxxor Group, an international infrastructure investment company with deep roots in Mexico, is planning a North American railway and logistics system to facilitate trade under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement, the company’s general director, Carlos Ortiz, told Mexican newspaper Milenio on Wednesday. The “USMCA corridor” would connect Sinaloa, Mexico, to Winnipeg, Canada, through Dallas, Tulsa and Chicago, the report states.
