India again delays retaliation against U.S. Section 232 metal tariffs

India has again chosen to postpone tariffs on U.S. goods in retaliation for U.S. Section 232 tariffs for steel and aluminum. The retaliatory duties were set to take effect on Friday, but New Delhi has delayed their implementation to Dec. 17, according to Reuters .
