House Ways & Means trade panel announces hearing on China

The House Ways & Means trade subcommittee next week will hold a hearing on how to protect domestic interests facing what the U.S. calls unfair Chinese trade practices, subcommittee Chair Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) announced on Wednesday. The hearing, titled “supporting U.S. workers, businesses and the environment in the face of unfair Chinese trade practices,” is set for Dec. 2. No witnesses have been named.
