Global Forum on excess steel capacity holds first working-level meeting

The Global Forum on Steel Excess Capacity met for the first time at the working level on Feb. 21 in Berlin, with a follow-up meeting envisioned for March or April, a spokeswoman from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development told Inside U.S. Trade .
