Doud, McKinney to testify twice this week on ag sector's prospects abroad

The chief agricultural negotiator in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the top trade official in the Agriculture Department will be on Capitol Hill twice this week for hearings on the prospects for global ag sales.
