CSUSTL names new president

The Committee To Support U.S. Trade Laws on Wednesday named Mark Benedict its new president. Benedict succeeds Tom Sneeringer, who retired on June 30. Accordnig to CSUSTL, Benedict has been a trade attorney in private practice for 24 years, and was a managing partner of Genesis Group LLC, which he created. “Under his leadership the firm supports the activities of U.S. businesses that use the antidumping and countervailing duty laws to address unfair trade practices by offshore competitors,” the statement...
