Cotton: U.S. should test anti-diversion tech in semiconductor trade with Malaysia
The U.S. should use Malaysia as a testing ground for “anti-diversion technology” aimed at preventing chip smuggling in violation of U.S. export controls, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) told Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick on Thursday.
