Commerce wins deadline extension in Section 232 autos report case
Citing “the extraordinary circumstances posed by COVID-19,” the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on Monday granted the Commerce Department a deadline extension in a lawsuit brought to force the release of the department’s Section 232 report on auto and parts imports.
