Commerce postpones preliminary AD ruling in Chinese aluminum sheet probe

After deeming its self-initiated antidumping investigation into common alloy aluminum sheet from China “extraordinarily complicated,” the Commerce Department has postponed a preliminary determination until June. Commerce last November self-initiated what it called “historic” AD and countervailing duty probes into imports of common alloy aluminum sheet from China.
