China will 'defend its lawful rights' at the WTO if not treated as a market economy

Eyeing the expiration of part of its World Trade Organization Accession Protocol this weekend, China is warning again that it will take WTO action to “defend” itself if it is not treated like a market economy. China maintains that Sunday's expiration means countries must treat it as a market economy for the purposes of calculating antidumping margins.
