As China unveils its response to Section 301 tariffs, Trump dismisses 'trade war' claims

Despite reports early on Wednesday that China would quickly match U.S. Section 301 tariffs with its own on U.S. exports, President Trump insisted on Twitter that there was no “trade war” with Beijing – because “that war was lost many years ago” by prior administrations.
