China reiterates intent to submit revised GPA offer; still no timetable

At a negotiating session of the World Trade Organization's Government Procurement committee on Wednesday, Chinese representatives told their counterparts Beijing was making progress on a sixth revised offer to join the plurilateral accord, but gave no hint of when it would be submitted. China said it was encountering institutional and technical obstacles in preparing its submission, according to Geneva trade officials.
