CBP targeted $266.5 million in goods for forced-labor concerns in August
U.S. Customs and Border Protection last month targeted 838 entries, valued at more than $266.5 million, for forced-labor concerns, the agency announced. The targeted entries included those subject to withhold-release orders as well as the recently enacted Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act, CBP said in its monthly operational update , issued on Aug. 19.
