Canadian labor leader: Ross advocating a NAFTA auto rule of origin above 70 percent
MEXICO CITY -- Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross would like to see the NAFTA renegotiation result in a rule of origin for autos requiring that more than 70 percent of a vehicle come from the NAFTA region, Canadian union leader Jerry Dias said on Friday.
