Canadian finance minister 'cautiously optimistic' about end to U.S. tariffs
Canadian Finance Minister Bill Morneau said Tuesday he was “cautiously optimistic” that progress was being made in negotiations with the U.S. over Section 232 tariffs on steel and aluminum.
