Canada files for NAFTA Chapter 19 reviews of U.S. duties on Bombardier

Canada today submitted requests for NAFTA Chapter 19 panels to review antidumping and countervailing duties the Commerce Department recently placed on Bombardier’s C Series aircraft, a move that has drawn the ire of the Trudeau government in Ottawa.
