Second-ever RRM panel sides with U.S. in call center labor dispute
The second-ever panel established under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement’s novel rapid-response mechanism has sided with Washington, concluding that workers at a Mexican call center were denied their rights and that the violations had not been sufficiently remediated.
