White House to host Pacific Island leaders in September summit
The White House this month will host the first U.S.-Pacific Island Country Summit to address a host of mutual interests, including economic and environmental issues. The Pacific Islands include countries like Fiji, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu, among several others as well as a handful of territories.
