USMCA Mexico labor panel finds ‘serious concerns’ with law enforcement

While Mexico has made significant progress implementing its labor-law reforms, members of an independent U.S. review board still have a “number of serious concerns” with labor enforcement processes under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement, according to a new report to Congress.
