USTR requests USMCA panel in dairy dispute against Canada

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative on Tuesday escalated a U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement dispute over Canada’s dairy tariff-rate quotas, requesting for the first time a panel to review the country’s allocation measures.
