India wins WTO challenge of U.S. state benefits to domestic renewable energy industry
India on Thursday prevailed in its challenge of tax and financial incentives provided by U.S. states to the renewable energy industry that are contingent on domestic content, according to a World Trade Organization Dispute Settlement Body panel report.
