Canada files appeal in WTO softwood lumber antidumping dispute

Canada has notified the World Trade Organization that it will appeal an April decision in favor of the controversial antidumping methodology the Commerce Department used in determining duties on Canadian softwood lumber. “Canada requests review of the Panel's erroneous findings and conclusions with respect to zeroing,” the June 4 notification says.
