WTO members shift focus to future work programs after other outcomes fall out of reach at MC11
BUENOS AIRES -- As the last full day of negotiations at the World Trade Organization’s 11th ministerial came to a close on Tuesday, negotiators were narrowing their focus to outline post-ministerial outcomes rather than possible deals here. A group of members drafting a ministerial declaration will meet on the morning of Dec. 13 and hopes to have a text to discuss later that morning. The ministerial is scheduled to end that afternoon.
