NAFTA TPL discussions to continue in Ottawa; supporters present united front
The United States, Canada and Mexico will continue to discuss the fate of tariff preference levels at the third round of NAFTA talks in Ottawa this weekend, with retail associations from the three countries banding together to urge negotiators not to change the rule-of-origin exception.
