Sources: NAFTA countries to meet Sept. 1-5, in Mexico City, for second round of talks

U.S., Canadian and Mexican trade officials have agreed to convene in Mexico City on Sept. 1 for the second round of North American Free Trade Agreement modernization talks, sources told Inside U.S. Trade. The three nations will be meeting for the first time in Washington, DC, later this month, where U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer is expected to open the round with a welcome speech.
