Commerce invites public comment on sugar agreements before signing on June 30

After the U.S. and Mexico last week concluded negotiations on sugar “agreements in principle” that will replace 2014 suspension deals, the Commerce Department on Wednesday published draft amendments and announced a public comment period ending on June 21 -- with the goal of signing the deals by June 30.
