Turkey takes aim against U.S. over duties on steel pipe and tube products

Turkey has filed a complaint at the World Trade Organization claiming the U.S. used improper pricing data to back up its claim of wrongful Turkish subsidization of certain imports of steel pipe and tube products, according to a Geneva-based official.
