Mexico, Canada to attend trade summit in Chile; U.S. won't say

Mexico and Canada are among the first to confirm their intent to participate in a March trade summit in Chile, though U.S. plans remain unknown. The March 14-15 summit was called by Chile to discuss how to advance trade in the wake of the U.S. withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
