USTR to begin consultations with Congress on Europe trade talks under TPA

The Trump administration will begin consultations with Congress on trade talks with the European Union, U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer announced on Monday after meeting with EU Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmström.
