U.S. Agrees To Comply With Appellate Decision In Japan Zeroing Case

The U.S. this week announced that it intends to comply with a World Trade Organization Appellate Body decision that found against forms of the controversial antidumping methodology known as "zeroing" now used by the Commerce Department in both original investigations and reviews.
