Panama Advances Implementation Of FTA; Eyes October Entry Into Force

Panama this week moved toward its stated goal of implementing a free trade agreement with the U.S. by October when the presidential cabinet approved four draft bills that must now be passed by the country's National Assembly before the trade deal can enter into force.
