Obama Signs TPA, TAA-Preferences Bills, Kicking Off Implementation

President Obama on June 29 signed into law a bill renewing Trade Promotion Authority (TPA), along with legislation reauthorizing Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) and U.S. trade preference programs, starting the clock for the administration to take certain actions required under both bills.
