More Than Half Of China's Tariffs Under ITA Deal Subject To Long Staging

China's final schedule of tariff commitments under the expanded Information Technology Agreement (ITA) reveals that more than half of the covered tariff lines on which China currently has duties will be subject to the two longest phaseout periods of five and seven years.
